What if I have dietary restrictions?
No one understands dietary restrictions better than me! Years of frustration were finally alleviated when I found out I had Celiac Sprue (an extreme allergy to gluten). I have taken extra care to make sure this program has delicious options and an extensive swap out list for all eating styles, preferences and restrictions. This meal plan is based on all natural, unprocessed, real foods. There is a dairy and grain free plan option too.
What if I have additional calorie needs? For example, training for an endurance race, or pregnant or nursing?

Back pain has been limiting my mobility and desire to exercise. Will there be workouts that I can handle? 
After having my second back surgery in November 2019 (my first laser endoscopic surgery was 2.5 years ago to remove a ruptured disc and my second one was to remove the structure pieces causing frequent back and hip pain), I understand. I know what it’s like to live with back pain. First, rest assured that workouts are totally optional during the challenge and will not affect your results. If all that you do is commit to following the mindset activities and nutrition plan you will see massive results. We are going to be eating anti-inflammatory foods and doing restorative movement.
Do I need a gym? 
The Challenge offers do-anywhere low impact workouts. No equipment is needed. They are all effective but workouts are not necessary to do the program. Make nutrition your focus and add in daily movement as you can.
What should I do if I don’t have enough time or don’t like to cook? 
In addition to two meal plans, complete with grocery lists, I provide you with a simple ‘How to Build a Meal’ guide. There you will find simple template that require very minimal cooking and preparation to enjoy your meals. You can also make it easy on yourself by picking the recipes you like and repeating them! Double or even triple up on the recipes you like, and heat them up the next day or freeze them for later.
 I am vegan. Is there a meal plan for me?  
I am not personally a vegan and in my experience, it is very hard to sustain healthy fat loss, muscle tone and bone health on a vegan diet long term. I do admire those who are vegan for ethical reasons and you are welcome to join the challenge and participate in the mindset activities but there will not be a meal plan specifically tailored for you.
Will this help me if I am going through menopause?
