When I developed the 7 Day Jump Start program, I was a newly divorced first-time mom in my late 30’s and had just given birth to a baby girl. I was overweight, single, and over my head in debt without a roof over my head. I had no time to work out, no “extra finances” or help, and I felt so down. My confidence was nowhere to be found.

I had gained 50 lbs from my pregnancy (thanks to plenty of fries and sundaes), which I still hadn’t lost many months after my daughter was born. My self-confidence took a big hit, and I fell into a depression. I was 60 lbs more than I am TODAY!
